Limited Warranty

The black metal patented parts of the MOTION MECHANISM carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty.  The motion mechanism is warranted to be free of defects for as long as you, the original consumer own the furniture.

One Year Warranty

Sleeper mechanisms, mattresses, wooden frame components, springs and foam seat cores are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for ONE (1) years from the date of sale.

One Year Warranty

Motors, wiring and other electrical components are warranted to be free of defects in manufacturing and workmanship for ONE (1) year from the date of sale.

Leather Warranty

USA warrants all of its leather furniture covers against defective materials and workmanship for ONE (1) year from date of purchase.  This warranty also covers seam failure.  Excluded from warranty are cover fading, stretching and dye lot issues.

Natural markings such as scars, brands, grain variations, wrinkles, etc., are normal characteristics and not defects.  Nature’s trademarks leave no two cow hides the same, so color variations could occur.

Where there is evidence of excessive soiling, improper cleaning, abuse, or where the leather has had some form of chemical applied, other than a protective coating applied by a USA dealer or  a USA certified service agent, the leather warranty will not apply.

Service

USA will honor reasonable and customary labor charges for a period of ONE (1) year from the original date of sale for the purpose of repair or replacing warranty parts.  Warranty service should be performed by a USA dealer or a USA certified service agent.

Residential Use Only

USA designed this product for non-commercial, residential use only.  Placement in rental property, institutions, or any other excessive application voids the warranty.

Claims

Claims for service must be accompanied by the necessary information to satisfy warranty requirements.  USA reserves the right to require defective parts to be returned to its factory upon request.

In the event of improper use or damage after the sale, this warranty does not apply.  Also, this warranty does not cover pick up, inspection, packaging or freight charges.  Should you have any questions concerning this warranty, please contact your local authorized USA dealer.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

This limited warranty establishes the purchaser’s exclusive remedies.  No representative, dealer, or employee of USA has the authority to increase or alter the obligations or limitations under this warranty.  The obligations of USA under this warranty shall not exceed the cost of the non-conforming products.  The duration of any implied warranty, including that of merchant ability or fitness for any particular purpose, shall be limited to one year from the date of purchase.  IN NO EVENT SHALL USA BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.  Some state4s do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation exclusion may not apply to you.
